After serveral months of planning and development, we are honored to announce that we have launched our new website.
One of the goals that we strive for is to create more collaboration between PTMIM members. The old website was not conducive to as much member involvement as we would have liked. We and, it seemed, our members just outgrew the website. So, the goal of the new website was to facilitate more collaboration between members. We really want members to be able to reach out to one another with advice, experiences, tips, or just fun stories.
We now have a Blog in place where we would like to have members contribute to it to create discussion and familiarity amongst all of us.
The best part of this is that we still have more surprises in the pipeline geared towards our goal.
Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center wanted to honor the contributions of our state’s manufactures so it launched the Proud to Manufacture in Michigan campaign in 2012. As a result of the overwhelming response, The Center made the campaign an official program! The goal of the program is to further support our state’s manufacturers by raising awareness of Michigan’s manufacturing community and the products made in our state.
