T.E.I. primarily produces low pressure aluminum prototype castings utilizing 3D Printed Sand Technology. We’re turn-key with 55 high precision 3 – 5 axis, multi-pallet CNC Machines. Heat treatment, extensive metallurgical testing, CT Scanner, white light (GOM) scanning, real time X-ray, multiple CMM’s. Ferrous, and non-ferrous components can be machined from billet. Both Foundry Tooling and in-house soft tooling for low volume production. Automation robotics, and sand injectors are also produced regularly.
