Our Story
Ranch Life Fence & Deck, an exclusive manufacturer/fabricator of vinyl fence and garden products for ranch, residential and commercial applications, is located in the heart of mid-Michigan in Eaton Rapids. Eaton Rapids, “the island city” is a small suburban community of approximately 5,100. It is located twenty minutes south of Lansing with easy access to several major highways.

Quality of life is important to founders Wayne and Carol Peek. As horse-owners, they know how important it is to have top-quality, reliable, low-maintenance fencing products to protect valuable livestock. The low-maintenance features of our vinyl mean customers can fully enjoy their lifestyles without the bother of periodic upkeep. The flexibility of Ranch Life vinyl creates greater resistance to impacts; this strength and durability is especially important to those with livestock. Vinyl does not require nails and will not splinter, so there is no risk of injury when animals charge the fence.

In 1987 Ranch Life Plastics was established as a supplier of polyvinyl fence gates for the fencing industry. Ranch Life also began the manufacture and distribution of Poly-Tensile horse fencing. Because of innovative product development, an absolute dedication to customer service, and consumer demand for long-lasting, quality outdoor products, Ranch Life has experienced steady growth.
