ProTEC-USA is a 100% MADE IN USA manufacturer of barrier level 1, level 2 and level 3 medical gowns.  ProTEC-USA gowns are manufactured in Troy, Mich., by Cadillac Products Inc. Cadillac Products, already being a producer of the highly technical material used in ProTEC-USA’s EZDoff level 3 gown, applied ProTEC-USA’s skilled and experienced engineering and manufacturing expertise to develop a much-needed PPE product during the COVID-19 pandemic.  This vertical integration allowed for ProTEC-USA to bring a high quality product to the market in a short time with high value. The team jumped into action to design a product and a manual manufacturing process, which enabled the company to begin producing gowns in less than one week.

Donating more than 400,000 gowns to front-line medical workers, Cadillac is pleased and proud to have contributed to the communities in which they live and operate. To date, more than a million gowns have been distributed to various hospitals, nursing homes, emergency and police departments, schools, governmental agencies, etc.

In late 2020, Cadillac was provided a grant from Oakland County Michigan to develop a high speed, automatic manufacturing line capable of producing millions of gowns each year. Cadillac, in turn, invested in a fully-automated manufacturing process for their Troy facility.   Construction of this manufacturing line is nearing completion and, once completed, it will enable the company to provide many more gowns to those in need.  Boasting a MADE IN USA product, it’s accurate to suggest the ProTEC-USA brand is a premium product.  What’s more accurate is to know their products are competitive on a global scale.
