Commercial Bakery featuring contract manufacturing capacity. We produce our own Awrey products and for several national customers. We are Kosher OUD, SQF 2, have a separate Certified Gluten Free manufacturing area with the bakery for Granola and Granola bars. We are proficient in cakes finished, cake blanks, cookies, filled danish, cream puff shells, biscuits, coffee cake, brownies etc.
