Dependable Gage was founded in 1941 and built its reputation manufacturing precision gaging for the aerospace industry. Today we design and manufacture custom gages, fixtures and tooling for the automotive, aerospace, aeronautics, defense and related industries. Our manufacturing department builds gages complete, all the way from raw steel to precision ground complex built-up assemblies. We specialize in tight tolerance grinding, and frequently deal with sub-micron tolerances. We have a complete design department capable of concepting and designing gages to meet all dimensional part print requirements. Our design and manufacturing facility is ISO 9001:2008 accredited, and our inspection laboratory is ISO 17025 accredited.
