H&L Advantage is a family-owned plastic injection molding company located in Grandville, Michigan, a suburb of Grand Rapids. Formed in 1970, they are now in their second generation of ownership, changing over the years from strictly a sales representation organization to a modern, manufacturing facility. They count the furniture business as their largest market, but also serve the automotive, appliance, and various general industry markets.
