Niles Steel Tank is a custom tank fabricator for a multitude of industries. Our origins date back to 1898 where we fabricated pressure vessels and tanks for many Midwest customers. Today, we continue to build custom tanks and pressure vessels for companies with requirements beyond “off the shelf” type of product. We offer special linings including UltoniumÒ glass for hot water applications, Niles Sludge Block for wastewater treatment projects and epoxy linings. We have the capability to insulate and jacket tanks with spray foam and steel jacket material or with spray foam and an acrylic topcoat. Additionally, we offer full metal jackets as found on process equipment. Niles Steel Tank maintains a higher level of quality with 2 full time quality assurance inspectors. Our facility can produce up to 13.5’ diameter, weighing up to 20 tons. We build in standard carbon steel, stainless steel and a range of specialty steels. Although we have a standard product offering within the hot water storage industry, we continue to serve industries with special requirements.
