Peckham, Inc., a nonprofit community vocational rehabilitation organization, is a unique business and human services agency that consists of five social enterprises. Our mission is to provide a wide range of opportunities to maximize human potential for persons with disabilities who are striving for greater independence and self-sufficiency. Peckham’s Manufacturing Division provides a variety of products and services for government and commercial customers. We employ over 600 Manufacturing Team Members and have 154,000 sq feet of flexible Manufacturing space. We are a leading provider of high performance clothing and sewn products, ranging from Complex Military Critical Safety Items to Athletic Performance Wear.

We also provide Manufacturing services to a variety of industries. These include kitting, order fulfillment, assembly, quality solutions and semi-automated packaging. We create value for our customers by providing Product Prototyping, Development, Manufacturability Review, and Product Launch Management.

Our Production System is based on Lean Manufacturing and Culture. We continuously improving our Production Processes, Resource Utilization and Asset Visibility. Apparel Manufacturing technology and capabilities include: Gerber Pattern Development, Digitizing, Marking Software and five automated Cut and Spread Lines Laser and Die Cutting, Seam Sealing, Ultrasonic Welding Programmable sewing, automation and fixture development Embroidery, Ink Pad and Heat Transfer Labeling
