Transfer Tools capabilities focus on providing value-added engineering solutions that are tailored to each of our customer’s needs. We work closely with our customer’s engineering departments to identify cost saving opportunities, such as, replacing a multi-piece assembly with a one-piece deep drawn stamping. Transfer Tool offers a complete internal engineering staff, tooling design and tool building capabilities in our 45,000 square foot facilities in Grand Haven, Michigan. Currently with 17 presses ranging from 15 to 350 tons, we are able to produce a multitude of sized parts from 10” diameter to 4 1/2” tall, with material thicknesses of 0.006” to greater than 0.125”. We have extensive experience in Cold Rolled Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Copper, Brass and many other specialty metals. Transfer Tool is a full service supplier also able to offer a variety of finishing operations including light assembly, brazing, heat-treating and plating.
